We have the equivalent of one Full Time and one Half Time Independent Statutory Advocate posts available with our service. The Statutory Advocate will support people in Care Homes, Supported Living Homes and on the Mental Health Wards upholding people’s rights under the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and the Mental Health Act.
