We are looking for an inspiring and creative person to support individuals with Mental Health needs to move forward with their recovery to achieve their goals and aspirations in our friendly residential service.
Utilising your passion for empowering people with complex mental health and social care needs, you will be supporting individuals to increase their independence & life quality. Working alongside people to complete and learn daily tasks such as cooking, budgeting and accessing the community as well as encouraging skills to self-manage metal wellbeing.
You will be expected to work early/late shifts, alternate weekends and sleep-in duties: sleep-allowance is in addition to the salary.
