Ravenhill Way is a 10-bedded residential care home service supporting people with severe, complex and enduring mental health issues.
A Relief Support Worker has a variety of responsibilities, including: direct support with all aspects of peoples’ daily living in order to promote recovery and independence, to support service users to attend medical and any other appointments or social activities, risk assessment management and identifying any new risks, recording of daily notes - using a digital case management system. Reporting of any incidents and accidents.
Sleep-in shifts are a requirement of this role.
You must be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise daily tasks and follow a daily task sheet. You will be part of a small, dynamic team working alongside other staff within the service. The role requires you to be able to work or cover bank holidays.
